We want nothing more than your total satisfaction with our animals and service. Please read these terms thoroughly before making a purchase. We believe our policies are very fair and are among the most customer-friendly in the business.
PRICING:
Our prices listed on this site represent what we believe fair market price to be at the time listed. However, the ball python market is dynamic and we are open to reasonable offers if you are sincerely interested in making a purchase and you believe a price adjustment is in order. We may counter-offer or politely decline your offer, but we do appreciate your interest.
Shipping is included in the price of each animal. Therefore we can offer pair discounts and group pricing for all multiple-animal purchases. The price of a 2nd animal will be reduced by $50 as will the cost of additional animals beyond the 2nd. Additional incentives may be available for group purchases. BASIC TERMS:
Animals are guaranteed to be properly sexed with live arrival guarantee and health guaranteed for 7 days after delivery. We must be notified immediately of any health concerns and within 14 days for sexing discrepancy. Animal must be returned at the earliest opportunity unless both parties agree to alternate resolution.
Shipping may cause some animals to temporarily go off feed. Young snakes usually resume feeding within a few weeks. Yearling and older snakes may go off feed for several months. This is typical ball python behaviour and by itself, is not indicative of poor health.
It is the customer’s responsibility to familiarize themselves with proper ball python care and to have a suitable enclosure prepared prior to receiving any animal. We will do our best to answer any questions in this regard, but the customer is ultimately responsible for providing proper care and housing.
GENETICS GUARANTEE:
Every animal we produce is assigned an ID# and photographed immediately after hatching. When you purchase a heterozygous (Het) animal which carries the genes for a recessive trait, you will receive a signed and laminated photo ID that certifies the genetics of that individual. We maintain our own photographic records as well, and if you provide us with the animal's ID# and a photograph, we can verify the authenticity of any heterozygous animal we have produced.
PAYMENT:
We accept many forms of payment including most major credit cards, PayPal, checks, and postal money orders. Shipment may be delayed if paying by check while funds clear though the banks. USPS Money Orders purchased from your local post office can be processed immediately upon receipt and may help expedite your ship-date.

Payment plans are available. In general, we look for a 25% down payment to hold the animal and full payment within 90 days. However, we are flexible and will work with you to arrange terms that should accommodate most situations. Please feel free to contact us and we will do our best to create a custom purchase agreement to meet everybody's needs.
SHIPPING:
We strongly encourage the use of FedEx "Hold for pickup" service. The package will by sent to a FedEx location near you and wait safely at the facility for you to pick it up. This is the safest way for you to receive your shipment from FedEx and it greatly reduces the risk of a delivery mishap. A photo ID is required at the time of pick up. If the customer requires door to door delivery, the package will be shipped with signature required.
Our live and healthy guarantee will be void if nobody is available to sign for the delivery, if it is left on doorstep, if is not picked up promptly when held at FedEx, or is otherwise not promptly in the hands of the designated recipient. We will work directly with FedEx if any issue should arise indicating carrier error.
We are certified to ship live reptiles through FedEx and the package will be clearly marked per FedEX requirements.
Animals are shipped using FedEx Priority Overnight service Monday through Wednesday only. Therefore, deliveries are made on Tuesday through Thursday.
